MR1100 Firware update stuck at 0%

The Firmware Version is NTG9X50C_10.20.05.02 and it will not update the firmware.  It says downloading 0% and never changes.    Is there a way to mannually update the firmware?  The Device is wo...

    The device SKU can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label (e.g. MR1100-100NAS).
