MR1100 IMEI issues

So the IMEI on the sticker of my M1 starts with 01516....... however, the IMEI I see on the IP portal starts with 354862......

I have already reset the router hoping it would go back to its original IMEI, but for some reason it won't go back. I have not changed the IMEI previously, I have bought this router brand new from Best Buy about a year ago and I am just now noticing this as I am trying to unlock the device through ATT. Any idea on what is happening?
