Mr1100 intruppted updating

Hi all i am seeking your assistance i have mr1100 was updating and during update it was intruppted by itself and rebooted itself two times and now i cannot open ports using putty and not broadcasting wifi and freezing what should i do to access main menu

    Please press the reset pin near the MicroSD card slot to do a factory reset. See whether this can resolve your issue.
