Mr1100 mobile broadband disconnected

Hi I was abroad in tunisia using netgear a without problem then one day I lost internet and got this message about mobile broadband disconnected, it says i need to login to page and setup apn, but no matter what sim card i use( i tried 3 different operators that work on another netgear, i have 2 same netgears) but it doesnt give internet, no wi fi (no device can see it), and no internet by internet cable, I tried restoring it to fabric settings but it says the same and no internet, any suggestions what can I possibly do in this situation?\
