MR1100 Nighthawk M1 -- Stuck on Firmware Update

This is AT&T SKU. Please contact AT&T to get a replacement if possible. The device has to be repaired.

- Gbarr119Apr 16, 2020AspirantI can boot the device to, Downloading software screen, by holding the power button, w battery removed, and plugging in the power cord. Just don't know how to get the firmware into the device.
