MR1100 Nighthawk M1 -- Stuck on Firmware Update

The unit is stuck on "NETGEAR" start up screen and will not turn on. It gets power and the screen lights up with "NETGEAR" but nothing happens except a steady on Orange/Red light.   Took out the ba...

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Model: MR1100

SKU:  6420B

Purchased approx:  06/2019

This is AT&T SKU. Please contact AT&T to get a replacement if possible. The device has to be repaired.

    Same device, same question. ATT says contact Netgear, out of their warranty.

      I would assume that a software update got stuck and the unit is non-functional. Also, I have tried doing the Reset button many times with many sequences and this has not helped either.

        I can boot the device to, Downloading software screen, by holding the power button, w battery removed, and plugging in the power cord. Just don't know how to get the firmware into the device.
