MR1100 on Consumer Cellular (ATT Sim)

Has anyone made this work?   Just got the MR1100.  It connects to the local cell network just fine, and I can connect to it's wifi just fine, but there's no passthrough.  All of the devices I connect to it show "No Internet".  Strangely enough, nslookup, ping, and tracert to google.com all work.  I'm guessing that it's just TCP that's broken.
