MR1100 Remote Access

I just got an MR1100 from AT&T to use as a remote access hotspot for someone to work on. I cannot figure out how to connect remotely to this or if you are even able to remote access this product. I am not able to access the MR1100 from my desktop because of firewall issues. I am able to access it on my phone, but I still can't figure out the remote access.

Can someone help me with this?
