Does the resets or restarts stop if you don't use the USB transformer and web cam surveillance?

In this case, please see whether use battery can help with the issue. MR1100 is an old model and the control chip used in battery has slow response to sudden power boost and can cause the device to restart when using in no battery mode.

 

The device has implemented charging protection for 7/24 plug in with battery. The battery power will redeuce to 50% capacity when using in this way after 3 days. If you see the battery can't be fully charged, this is normal.
