Mr1100 sim not installed
I have a nighthawk m1 Hotspot device that has worked perfectly with cricket wireless. Recently I had issues with cricket and I removed the sim to put it in another device to check something. Now when I put the sim back into the nighthawk it is not picking it up. I verified that the sim works perfectly fine. Is there anything else I can do?

Kindly ensure that the SIM card is installed/inserted correctly in the MR1100.
Have you tried factory resetting the device? If not, please do so and check the connection.
