MR1100 Won't add to Insight
We have a Netgear insight subscription with multiple MR1100s already in it. I'm trying to add another and it is stuck in Pending Verification status. I have verified that:
- The device has been factory reset and rebooted
- The device is online and connected with a newly provisioned SIM card
- The device IMEI and Serial Number is correct in Insight
- There is adequate Licensing to add the device to Insight
Does anyone have any other tricks to try?

I’ve run into a similar issue before. Sometimes it helps to remove the device from Insight completely, wait a few minutes, then re-add it. Also, double-check the firmware version — if it’s outdated, Insight might not verify it properly. Updating the firmware manually (if possible) before adding it again can sometimes solve the problem.
