MR1100 Won't add to Insight

We have a Netgear insight subscription with multiple MR1100s already in it.  I'm trying to add another and it is stuck in Pending Verification status.  I have verified that:

 

  • The device has been factory reset and rebooted
  • The device is online and connected with a newly provisioned SIM card
  • The device IMEI and Serial Number is correct in Insight
  • There is adequate Licensing to add the device to Insight

 

Does anyone have any other tricks to try?
