MR1100
Hi Totally new here
Very difficult to find out how this works, but nevertheless.
I looked to the M1 MR1100 and never found out what the phone uses is.
Can I connect my cellphone to it so I can phone.
I am not so much interested in the wifi - have enough other routers - but I need a cell-phone extender which I can connect to my double cross Polarized antenna and this one is one of the few who has two antenna connections.
But nowhere I can find if I can phone with it and especially HOW FAR is the reach. Do I have to be 25 cm from the devize or can I phone in the whole room say 10 meter from it.
I need one cell-phone extender for the B28 700Mhz but I understood they are available.
And how far should the M1 be from the external antenna to not interfere?
Thanks for some ideas.

I guess i"m confused as to what you're attempting.
This is a cellular hotspot, not a cellular booster/amplifier.
You could use it for soemthing like wifi calling.
A little better description of what you're wanting to use it for might help.

Hi Plemans
First of all : Thank you for your reply.
I Have no cellphone signal in the House.
I a have a small - 1 bar , 110 db – on the roof top.
I installed a cross Polarized antenna for a modem router from Huawai. Given for a test from my Provider in France B28 700Mhz.
I used an extra SIM cart for this. Costs € 42 monthly.
The signal improved very mich to 4 bar 95db in the house. I could even stream TV.
I could use Wifi-calling. So I cold use the cell-phone in House.
The provider wants me to use a cloned Sim cart and the moment they activated this They stopped the “wifi calling”
They want to protect themselves for mis-usage, but in fact they want to protect their money.
So I do not have any calling possibility anymore which in emergency is very bad.
I try to find a cell-phone modem for my double antenna.
The M1 has a double aux input.
You write “This is a cellular hotspot”
That is exact what I am looking for a Hotspot so I can use my cell-phone again.
Looking on the internet for cellular hotspots it is always about data and wifi and not about cellular phones. Very confusing.
So the question is : Is the M1 a cell-phone hotspot.
Nice when it has a LAN too so iI can use it instead of the Huawai B535-232, but it is not my first point.
Looking for extenders and amplifiers.
I found out that none has two aux inputs and most of them do have a very weak signal in the house so you need an extra cell-phone booster (?) . I could not find which one in that case.
I hope I have written the case good enough for a Dutchman.
So you're basically just wanting an external antenna for the MR1100?
is that correct?https://www.waveform.com/a/b/guides/hotspots/netgear-nighthawk-m1
Its not going to rebroadcast cellular signal but it will act as a mobile router.
