Hello Blanca -
I have the same problem as debann710087. I have an MR1100 wifi box for traveling in our RV. It was working just fine a couple of months ago. Then it wasn't used for about 6 weeks while we were at home. When I began using it again, it flashes blue in two short bursts. The wifi box shows 4 AT&T bars. My computer shows full wifi bars with this AT&T device selected and yet when I try to access a website, I get no response. How can this be fixed? We need wifi!

Hi AEDenny,
If you are connected to the mobile router but cannot connect to the Internet, try the following suggestions:
• Make sure that network coverage is available in your area.
• Make sure that your SIM card is active and enabled with data services.
• Wait one to two minutes for the mobile router to initialize.
• Confirm that your account is activated and that no other Internet connections are
active.
• Switch your mobile router off and on and restart your computer or WiFi device.

Hello Blanca - I am able to connect to the internet for a while, but then the wifi connection breaks. I need to understand what a double burst blinking blue light indicates. Can you explain that light please and how to fix it? I assume that is correlated to the problem I have with the wifi connection breaking intermittently when otherwise I do have good connection.

I have the same problem a few are experiencing….flashing blue light and no access to the mobile apps….it is a MR1100-100 Nighthawk M1
Any ideas how to resolve so lights are green and access to the mobile app to monitor etc.
