MR1100

Hi! I just purchased this MR1100 from amazon refurbished. I have a new sim card installed and set up by my local ATT store. My devices will connect but say"connected with no internet". I connected my MR1100 to my laptop by LAN and I see the web page router log in. Under the battery it says username attadmin ......but the web page has the username as "admin" and will not let me change it. So I can not log into the router.....My question is do I even need to log in for this to work or should I be able to turn it on and it works?  THANKS

    Looks like your device is not connected to AT&T network. You need to log in to WebUI to check your setting.

     

    If the default admin password is not working, you should do a factory reset. Then you can use the default admin password to log in to WebUI to set up the APN.
