MR1100EEEUS for MR1100 EE firmware "File not found" on support website

Hello Everybody.

MR1100EEEUS for MR1100 EE firmware update file 12.06.03.00 "File not found" on support website for 3 days ive tried. Also router wont find any updates availible by itself.
