MR1100EUS - unit connects to 3g network not 4g uk 3 network

MR1100EUS - unit connects to 3g network WCDMA. Via manual and automatic APN settings. Won't get data on LTE - 4g settings even tho can see good signal. Item shows data disconnected. Work when I switch back to 3g. Using both an omni-direction poynting aerial, as well as a directional poynting aerial I've tested it. I'm based in UK.
APN for three is three.co.uk
SIM works fine in all other devices Inc phone and other router (not Netgear).

Thanks in advance

Can you help to capture a model.json file and send the private message to me?

    - Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
    - Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
    - Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back

    Thanks

      Many thanks,

Got it working now. It seems to work best via manual network setup. Find the network and have it fill in its own values. Do this without the aerial attacked then connect the aerial and it works well. Once it's accepted the values seems to work ok on auto wdcma and LTE set to auto.

Don't know why it hung for so long disconnected? Think the signals not good here as without an aerial you won't wont get data.

I do find the netgear very fussy about when you swap a sim over. Also it's missing a feature to give you feedback on aerial position ( directional) my huwai plots a rolling histogram of the signal, that informs your setup. I would expect more on a £300+ device. Same interface I used on an old air card.

      Cheers anyway rgds Paul
