Please describe what happens when you attempt to update the firmware via OTA.
Is there an error message?
What is the current firmware version and PRI version?

my version is NTG9X50C_12.06.11.00 this Version was only possible to install with a Firmware from your Downloadcenter.
PRI=10.03
When i klick on "Check for Update" it switch to "Checking". Thats all.
Why is it so hard for Netgear to put the Firmware in the Downloadcenter? I dont understand this politics.
P.S.:
I dont like to reset my Router. The new Firmware spend the Router more CA handling. Thats the reason why i need the update.

Many users beg Netgear to put Firmware, drivers, etc. into the Downloadcenter. Why they must do this?
Is it so difficult for Netgear to put the latest Software after releasing it automatically in your own Downloadcenter?

Your Downloadcenter is one of the poorest Downloadcenter i knew.
Who have the responsibility for the Downloadcenter?
I am convinced that the wrong person is doing the job. :-)
