MR2100 cannot find IP passthrough

I'm not able to find the IP Passthrough option on MR2100, with firmware version NTGX24_10.19.03.00. Following the user guide, it should be under Setup --- Mobile Router Setup, however there is no IP Passthrough option.

 

Anyone can advise please?

    May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-1TLAUS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label.

     

    Have you tried factory resetting the device?

     

    Kindly access M2 UI > go to Settings > Nighthawk M2 Status > Device and attach a screenshot of the page.

      Hi Blanca_O,I also have this exact same problem. The issue has persisted through firmware upgrades and numerous factory resets. I checked the model.json file and ipPassThroughSupported and ipPassThroughEnabled are both set to false. Why would this be the case when others with the Telstra variant have reported IP passthrough being available?
