MR2100 constant rebooting

Hi 

 

I have an M2 MR2100 that constantly turns itself off and on

SN: 5J1195NW0015C

FW: NTGX24_10.09.01.00

 

I beleive it's a firmware issue reading from other posts, I cannot update firmware on the device as it has gone over the usage and want to update it from the gateway method. Can I please get sent the update so I can do it manually

    Please provide the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-xxxx)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label.

    How often does it reboot? 

    Who is your Internet provider?
