MR2100 disconnects and comes up with blank "NETGEAR" screen
My Nighthawk M2 did a weird thing today ,, good signal and it streamed perfectly for 90% of a wedding ceremony when suddenly a grey page with a NetGear title came up and my stream stopped ..as soon as I closed the NetGear Window it went back to Perfect Streaming Connection and stayed there ..no idea why the Nighthawk did that ..it had checked for firmware an hour prior so it wasn't that ???? Weird ..while the Netgear Screen was up the stream stopped so I lost a few minutes of connection ... Any thing else I should look for as to why I get a grey NetGear titled screen on the computer that appeared over my video switcher software which disables the internet connection until you close it???

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
