MR2100-EUS - BUFFERING ON SMART TV

The mobile Router operating with WIND LTE, has good performance with PC, Netflix, DAZN and SKY, but often goes in buffering using a video IPTV app on SMART TV.  Speed test is good with dowload >100Mbps and upload > 15Mbps, despite LTE signal is only sufficient 2 on 5 max.  This problem was not present using a Hauwei router with FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) Vodafone, which by the way, had minor performance in terms of  download performaces < 100Mbps.

There are some solutions or parameters to be modified in the MR2100 router, to eliminate the buffering?
