MR2100 hung on software update

I cannot get my MR2100 to open past downloading software update, what do I need to do?

Please provide a photo of the product label. Or you can send me a model.json file to check by PM.

 

- Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
- Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
- Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back

    It would be difficult to do this as not my phone, Laptop nor Tablet show my M2100 on their connections. The M2 is not functioning, I have tried a reset but that doesn't work either.
