MR2100: incorrect batterie inserted"

I gor the following message:

"incorrect abtterie inserted"

The routeur do not charge the batterie

    Are you using the battery that came with the unit? 

    May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-xxxx)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label
