Thanks, that is the correct number represented on the battery. I have the old battery, and all numbers match up

and attached is the display when the Nighthawk is started without the battery, and inserted. As you can see the damaged battery sits at 1% and will not charge, the new one does not register

After you unlock the LCD, did you see any alert message displayed on the LCD on the wrong battery?
