    Please provide the following information:

    - Device SKU (MR2100-xxx)

    - Firmware version

    - PRI

     

    Have you tried resetting the device?

      SKU: MR2100-1TLAUS

      Firmware: NTGX24_10.13.05.00

      PRI: 02.10

       

      Yes I have tried both rebooting it multiple times and also factory resetting it and no change.
