MR2100 WiFi Disabled

I have a new MR2100.  All was working perfectly for several hours, and then the WiFi just disables itself (big red cross).  I have checked most areas (not set to sleep, wifi set to broadcast etc), and have rebooted and factory reset, all without effect.  

Firmware version is the latest: NTGX24_10.17.08.00  Help Please.
