MR2100 WIFI not working - red cross

Hi, I have the same issue as described there: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Mobile-Routers-Hotspots-Modems/WiFi-disabled-on-Nighthawk-M2/m-p/1965901

I have a brand new device and I can't get wifi working. It shows red X on it. Tried all things like hard reset, wifi standby etc. Nothing works. Internet workn when connected on cable. It seems like it's a device issue? Should I return it?
