MR2100 WIFI OFF IF NO DEVICE PLUGGED

Dear Sirs,

 

Sorry for my english i am French

 

i have small a problem with my router ...

 

When no device is plugged or wifi connected for a long time to the 4G ROUTEUR the router shuts down and the LED is red instead of blue...

 

I disabled auto WIFI OFF after a long time but this problem occurs..

 

 

It's annoying because when i come back to home mi have to open again the ROUTER, to restart my PC for it to detect the WIFI again...

 

 

Please kindly help me

    Kindly check for new firmware update and let us know if it fixed the issue.

    Thanks for the reports. This is a known issue and we have a fix for it already. 

     

    Plan to release a new update in the next couple of weeks. Please standby and thanks for your patience. I also received the report from your support team. I will let them know as well on the coming release.
