MR5100 Ethernet issue? Trying to connect EFTPOS machine to the modem.

We run a business and require internet connection for our eftpos machine. I'm trying to connect the MR5100 modem ethernet cable to the EFTPOS machine. However, there seems to be an ethernet connection issue which I can't figure out. 

 

Can someone please help me?

    Please provide the firmware version. 

    Where did you purchase the device?

    Is there any error message when you connect the EFTPOS machine? 

     

    To isolate, please wired a computer/device to MR5100 and see if it will go online. 

    Have you tried using different Ethernet cable?
