I would be tempted to dig into its entrails and see if it also has its own access point mode.

It's connected via the CAT5 port into the internet port on my Linksys router in bridge mode the Linksys router no longer handles DHCP it's no longer handling that as a matter of fact if I unplugged the cable from the Netgear modem all of my Wi-Fi devices disconnect I no longer have any way to access the Linksys router. I'm planning to order a couple of unified Pros for my house because we have essentially no cell service at the house without pie celfi go x so I'm planning to put a couple of unify Pros outside to help cover our property. At that point there won't be a router other than the Netgear device but it was my understanding and I could be wrong that running the Linksys in bridge mode would remove the issue of a double Nat

- MalanvOct 10, 2022AspirantSo I went home and turned to the wifi back on and unhooked the linksys router all together. I only had 1 issue over a 3 or 4 day period so I went ahead and ordered a unifi u6-lr-us AP and a unmanaged poe+ switch. other than to shut off the internal wifi are there any other settings I should change when I get it all hooked up
