MR5100 Offloading solid for 3 years. Not any more?

RV travel for 3 years and this MR5100 has been incredible. Current campground WiFi has been used to offload for the last 6 months without issue.
In the last week, it no longer connects. Other devices connect to the campground wifi network without issue, and I asked the SysAdmin if they've changed any setting to the network and they said no.

Could this be a cache issue? I reset to the factory settings and still had the same problem.

Selecting the campground network works, but then no connection is shown.
