MR5200 - Can't see any networks?
Hi,
We have multiple MR5200 Mobile routers that we use for traveling.
Recently I've seen that several of the units randomly fail to find and connect to cellular networks.
SIM is fine - if we move it to another device and set the same APN, it works like a threat.
On the MR5200, when I do a search for network, it doesn't find anything at all, despite all network bands are enabled
I have the impression that some time a faulty unit works if we try it a few weeks later, some time a factory reset helps, some time not.
Reboot, remove battery and wait, factory reset, have all been trued to no avail.
Again this only seem to apply to some of the units we have.
Have anyone experienced something similar, or know about a fix?
Br, Kim

Please advise your SKU and carrier SIM used.
If possible, please capture a model.json file when working and not working.
- Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
- Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
- Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it backYou can send PM to me with the logs.
Thanks
John
