MR5200-100EUS firmware NTGX55_12.04.12.00

Hello, Where can I download firmware NTGX55_12.04.12.00 for my MR5200-100EUS? I am currently on NTGX55_12.04.10.01, and the Check for updates just hangs whenever I try to run it. From what I read on...

My provider is AT&T. I can try enabling offloading and see if that works. I assumed Netgear would just have the file available for download somewhere though. Is that not the case?

 MR5200-100EUS is an EU SKU. Where did you purchase the device? 

As for the firmware file, let me check this with the team and will get back to you.

    My apologies, I should have looked at the tag and not copied the model from the other thread I was looking at. my exact model is:

    MR5200-100NAS and I bought it from the Netgear Website.

        I enabled Data Offloading using my home ISP but I am still not getting a firmware update.
