MR5200 blocking traffic to internet on NT

Hi,

I just bought 5G MR5200 model and it is working perfectly when connecting to internet directly via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

 

owever, my main issue is when I connect it to my Cisco switch port using Ethernet cable to allow other PC’s on my network accessing to Internet it’s blocking all internet request traffic.

My Cisco Switch port IP address 192.168.1.22 so there is no conflict.

 

I also tried to enable DMZ, Disable DHCP & reset to Factory setting but still the same issue.

In addition, is there any way to check the LOGs from MR5200 UI & reserving IP address?

 

I would like to note that previously before purchasing Netgear MR5200 I was had Huawei 5G & TP-Link 4G devices using the same setup and configurations and was working great with no issues.

 

For that, I appreciate it a lot if anyone can support me to resolve this issue.
