Mr5200 don't see any network

Hello i buy my router a few years ago and one day the router don't see the network but see it only with an external antenna there is a solution or the internal antenna is dead ?

I've seen one other post where a user attached external antennas and afterward, the MR wouldn't use its internal antennas. 

Maybe JohnPeng knows more about it.
