MR5200 EU 5G connected but no data speed - help needed

Hi All, I need help with a frustrating problem.

I am in Italy for the year and have purchased a Nighthawk MR5200 to help with data speeds in the area I live. I have 2 sim accounts (WINDTRE and Iliad) for 5G both connect to 5G with 4-5 bars however the speed is 2-3mbps. My iPad with either sim exceeds 300mbps. I am limited on IT skills however have tried firmware updates, factory reset, checked APN configurations, and tried LAN connectivity to my laptop (which says no internet connection even thought I see the nighthawk is connected to 5G with full bars). I need help fixing if possible.
