MR6150 not working properly

I purchased this about a week and a half ago and have had non stop problems. It was working great the first couple of days then an update was done on the hotspost and the apn started becoming a problem. So I did a factory reset and it still was a problem. We took it up to at&t and they fixed the apn problem. Now I'm getting very little download and upload speeds along with a constant lag and spike in my ping. It's been pretty terrible trying to do anything with this hotspot. Is there something I'm missing or any suggestions to help with this issue? Thanks in advance!

    Seems you are using MR6150 with AT&T SIM card.

     

    Could you please advise your AT&T data plan? is it from AT&T BYOD plan?

     

    Please capture a model.json file and send PM to me.

     

    - Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
    - Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
    - Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back
