MR6450 - RNDIS on MACBOOK PRO M1 and IMAC M1

I have an m5 which runs pretty well, but i wanted to try the new M6 Pro - mr6450

I have several problems and i'm sending it back to amazon

1) since i updated the firmware i cannot see it anymore through USB ( i tried with my macbook pro m1 and a IMAC m1 , while previous mr5200 is fine)

2) Low performance with mac both in ethernet (set at 2.5) and wifi6 - iphone13 goes really faster

3) it gets really hot in performance mode ( with battery )

4) i had random reboot during first setup wizard 

So.. for my specific use, this is not a good choice. M5 is really better..

Maybe it's a problem of this specific device.

Anybody had this experience?

(i think original firmware was better..)
