MR6500-1TLAUS Touch Error & Unable to operate after USIM is installed

I recently bought an MR6500.
It was purchased in Australia and is a 5G model using the N78 frequency (not AT&T).

When I received the device for the first time, it was impossible to set anything due to the inability to touch, and after leaving it on in the bag for about 2 hours, the touch worked again and the setting was completed.

However, if the USIM is inserted into the continuous touch error, the device's WEB UI operation is impossible.

I've used the MR2100 before, but never had this problem.

To use 5G in Korea, the device was registered with the ISP, but it is still operating in 4G.

In the past, D-Link also had a 5G mobile modem, so there was no problem in using it.

Can you please check if there is any solution?
