I think the best fit for you is maybe the one with the SKU MR6450-100EUS (Europe & Middle East unlocked)
You can provide your SKU product so that everyone can help easier (it’s behind of the hotspot, take out the battery and you will see)
In my opinion, you should register your M6 on Netgear website and then contact with Netgear support about your case to get help from Netgear expert. Hope that your problem will be solved soon.
