MR6500 Australia continual failure
Originally purchased from Telstra because FTTN was a failure. Continually drops out, have had the unit replaced 3 times without success, not happy with this product at all. Telstra now come up ...

Makes me wonder about your coverage area. You can have the best cellular modem in the world but without decent coverage, its going to be garbage.
And FTTN tends to be pretty solid I'm surprised you went the route of switching to cellular.

Supplying shop of Telstra have now refused to offer any support for this product and have provided a refund as compensation. Also unable to find any support from Netgear Australia via the website, nor can I find a contact number in Australia.
Am now having to research an alternative for internet connectivity.
Can only say the service from Telstra and Netgear is not what I was hoping for but at least the product has not cost me anything bar time and effort.
