Thank you for the update! We’ve been on the phone with AT&T, Firstnet, and netgear and they didn’t have any solutions. Looking forward to the update so we aren’t using phone data for work!
The FirstNet customer service gave me the run around and told me to place a fan next to the Netgear device (lol). He said you aren't supposed to use it as a home router (which I am not).
My router shuts off after anywhere between 5 minutes, to a few hours and I have to restart it repeatedly.
- Not using as a router at all it hooked on Ethernet switch which ny nighthawk router is plugged in.
- It’s not getting hot either it’s not even finding any networks at all now even after factory reboot the device is trashed I think. It’s not even a month old
