Please capture a model.json file and send PM to me.
- Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
- Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
- Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back
Thanks

AT&T has approved the release to fix the reported issues on the data disconnection and Firstnet related. The OTA update has been posted on the AT&T server. You can do a manual upgrade to check to have your device updated. It may take a few days for the devices to find the update.
Thanks

Is there a way to make the device force a firmware update? My firmware is still NTGX65_10.01.31.01 (build date 4/16/2022). It has been turned on and connected every day for the past 2 weeks.

Please send me a model.json log via PM. I will check on this for you.

I believe you can go into the settings and manually update your router by having it search for the update.
