MR6500 no 5G signals in Taiwan

Hello, I have an MR6500 router and I am using it in Taiwan with 5G signal. However, I can only find 4G signals. My firmware version is NTGX65_10.01.38.00 and my modem version is MPSS.DE.1.0-02183.2-OLYMIC_GENALL_PACK-1.487718.3.488309.3. Could you please help me to resolve this issue? Otherwise, I will have to return the product to the manufacturer as soon as possible. Thank you.

    There is only MR6500-1TLAUS supporting n78 so far, if this is the one you are staying with, you might need to wait for FW update to get n78 working for Taiwan carrier, ChungHwa at minimum. Current FW does have problem with Taiwan carrier for 5GNR service.

      May I ask when the firmware update will be released or if there is a test version of the firmware available?

        So far no schedule from Netgear but model for Telstra might come late as it needs carrier to approve prior to release plan
