Hi. I know this is an older post. I am replying for the sake of others that might have the same question. Compatibility is really more of an issue of what carrier you will be using it with. I am not familiar with Vietnam Mobile operators and I am not familiar with their supported bands. It is vital you know or provide these information so I can better look into what would be better suited for your need.
