That's definitely frustrating, especially with a UW-supported plan and tower so close. Sounds like everything should line up might be worth double-checking with Verizon if the IMEI is fully provisioned for mmWave on their network, even though the device is compatible.
well after talking with tech support they are sending me another Sim card so I will let everyone knows what happens. Thanks
