My media not reading files
Hi I purchased a MR1100 and have attached a western digital my passport for Mac which has 2 TB of storage although only 500MB is being used I want to watch films which are stored on the data drive....

What is the file format type and file size that is not included on the list?
Have you tried different USB drive?
