My Nighthawk MR1100 connects off and on.

My hotspot comes on then disappears after about 20 min, sometimes less. The screen on the Hawk shows everything OK and the Wifi connected is showed on the tablet and my phone.but no service. Ive turne...

May we please know the device SKU (MR1100-xxx) and firmware version? 

Please describe the LED status if the issue re-occur. Kindly factory reset the device and observe connection.

    Check your cable try different one, change your power supply

    It's used exclusively for the cars monitors. Powered by USB 2/3 .0 Fast charge.

      Could you please advise which carrier you are using with the device? We know there is restrictions from Verizon network.
