Hey thanks - yep all the failover settings are correct.
I mean if you power cycle router whilst its in the state of thinking its connected to the mobile network but obviously isn't it connect to the mobile network and works...

Ah - interesting.. Oddly I am sure it worked on the day I set up a month or so ago - but the internet failed yesterday and nothing... I've logged a ticket - I'll keep you posted on what I get back.

It will probably be important to identify the mobile carrier when creating the support ticket.
- sripley12Dec 09, 2023TutorDone some more testing and figured it out (although I don’t understand why).To replicate a failure from my ISP had been powering off the fibre modem - this does not result in the Orbi failing over to the mobile network.Disconnecting the fibre from the modem and the Orbi fails over perfectly. Same result if removing the Ethernet cable from the WAN port on the Orbi.I get there must be some residual connectivity / routing when the modem is powered off but still connected to the Orbi?!?ThanksSimon
