need a help to configure my router.

AX1800 is a speed. what router did you buy?
The default login is:
login: admin
password: password
all lower case. Then it'll ask you to change the login info.
Maybe it didn't get setup properly or maybe someone bought/returned it. You can push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on to get back to the defaults.
