Hi Cricket-user
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
This has been brought up already to the concerned team. After further investigation, it turns out to be a misidentifying the devices case. These devices will work as long as you on the right plan.
We are aware that AT&T will be retiring the 3G network in February 2022. The devices like M1, M5, LAX20, LBR20 and others that support LTE/5G will still work, it will just not fallback to 3G anymore.

At&t has a list of acceptible devices for after Feb,22 3G shutdown. The only netgear devices are the M1 (Mr1100), M5 and the Unite mobile hotspots. There is no listing for the models (LAX20, LBR20) you are selling as AT&T certified. So until AT&T modifies their list the IMEI for those device show them as incompatible. It does not matter the plan.
Your concerned team needs to do a bit more homework.

Hi Cricket-user
The LAX20 and LBR20 modules are certified to work with AT&T but there is no AT&T specific SKUs for these two products and they are both LTE devices not 3G.
